The Beginning

Working in tech, I think of myself fairly savvy. But I have found website development to be challenging. I have long desired to have a website (not just for running stuff), but creating a website is very difficult since if you start from scratch you have to deal with coding of HTML/CSS/etc. I’m sure ChatGPT and the like make it easier now but I just wanted something already made that I didn’t have to modify. I also wanted to spend the least amount as possible so didn’t go with any pre-built websites on a hosting provider. Luckily, I found the Hugo software that makes website creation easier. It allows you to create a website based on user-contributed templates, so now I can more focus on the content instead of figuring out how to make a website work and look not bad. This is the beginning and I hope this website turns into something that will last a lifetime…
